<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaping method which can improve the accuracy of the shape of a solid body in which a layered structure is laminated. <P>SOLUTION: The method for shaping the solid body having the layered structure includes a drawing process (step S20) in which a curable liquid layer is drawn in the drawing region of a first substrate, a semi-curing process (step S30) in which the liquid layer is semi-cured, a final curing process (step S40) in which the liquid layer is subjected to final curing while the second substrate is contacted with the liquid layer, and a transfer process (step S50) in which the layered structure which is the cured product of the liquid layer is transferred onto the second substrate by increasing the distance between the first substrate and the second substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
