The present invention relates to a device using a difference between water levels to fix a floating structure and, more specifically, relates to a device using a difference between water levels to fix a floating structure, which connects a fixing unit fixed on ground to a mooring unit installed on the sea by a guide rail in order to move the mooring unit up and down corresponding to a water level of the sea. The device comprises a fixing unit which has the T-shaped guide rail and steps (12) on the center of an inclined surface which is spaced apart from the guide rail and having rubber catching units provided at the end and a rail groove on the side thereof; a connection unit which has a plate (21) fixed thereon, a first rail provided on the plate to be fixed by the guide rail, a groove formed on the upper end of the plate so that the steps pass through the groove, and a fixing groove provided to fix a ship by a rope; and the mooring unit which includes a frame provided on the rear side of the plate. The device is capable of controlling the height of the connection unit, the mooring unit, and the ship at the same time when the height is required to be changed due to a difference of water levels, and has the steps fixed on the ground to reduce the danger of a safety accident which may occur when a passenger boards the ship. |
