The present invention relates to a body relaxing device capable of relaxing all the joints under the waist, allowing a user to remove relaxing tension while properly controlling the relaxing tension according to preferred conditions, and being conveniently folded to be stored while having a simple structure. The present invention comprises the following: upper and lower frames (10, 20) for supporting upper and lower bodies, respectively; connection frames (30) for connecting the upper and lower frames (10, 20) to be folded; an abdomen fixing member (40) installed in the upper frame (10) to fix the abdomen; ankle fixing members (50) installed in the lower frame (20) to fix both ankles; and tension control members (60) connected to the ankle fixing members (50) and the lower frame (20) to control the relaxing tension. |
