The present invention relates to an outside insulation structure of a building which is capable of improving insulation efficiency of a building by covering walls of the building, and to a construction method therefor. The outside insulation structure of a building according to the present invention comprises an insulation panel combined with an outside surface of the building; a fixing unit for fixing the insulation panel on a wall by penetrating the insulation panel and being inserted into the wall; a cover net for covering an outside surface of the insulation panel; a plastering material coating layer for covering the cover net; and a water proofing sheet having one side provided with an adhesion surface, adhering to the plastering material coating layer, and covering an area on which a fixing unit of the plastering material coating layer is placed. The outside insulation structure of a building according to the present invention is configured to have a fixing unit for penetrating an insulation panel and fixes the insulation panel on a wall, covered by a cover net, a plastering material coating layer and a water proofing sheet, thereby preventing moisture on the outside of the building such as rainwater from flowing along the fixing unit to the wall and reducing heat transfer through the fixing unit. |
