The present invention relates to a method to manage neighbor information, a terminal, a system, and a recording therefore. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method to manage the neighbor information includes the steps of: monitoring a connection status of at least one neighbor within a preset diameter; storing the connection status of at least one neighbor monitored on a neighbor list; and transmitting the neighbor list to a server if an upload request is received from the server. The neighbor list includes a neighbor of an idle state. |
