The present invention provides a composite material having a nanostructure grown with high density on carbon fiber. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method to form a composite material includes: a step of modifying the surface of a carbon fiber using an electron beam; a step of growing a zinc oxide nanostructure on the surface of the surface-modified carbon fiber; and a step of transferring to the carbon fiber and the zinc oxide nanostructure to a polymer resin. |
