<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monomer perfectly insulating the surroundings of an electroconductive polymer, and an electroconductive polymer or oligomer and an organic phosphor obtained by using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The monomer with a closed cyclic structure comprises an electroconductive skeleton perfectly covered with an insulating skeleton. Specifically, a compound of the formula represented by a K1 molecule is exemplified. The electroconductive polymer or oligomer is constituted of an electroconductive polymer, main chain composed of electroconductive skeletons of the electroconductive monomer combined with each other, and an insulating layer composed of insulating skeletons of the electroconductive monomer combined with each other.
