<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin container with a label which container prevents an influence of cave-in deformation of the body wall of a container body due to a pressure decrease from reaching the label, thereby suppresses the deterioration of overall appearance of the container. <P>SOLUTION: The bottomed, cylindrical synthetic resin container includes a body wall (2) having a deformable part (2a) that caves in to deform at least in response to a pressure decrease in the container, and a label (8) pasted on the outer surface of the body wall (2) to cover the deformable part (2a). Between the body wall (2) and the label (8), an adhesive layer (10) is formed to glue both together. At the center of an area encircled with the adhesive layer (10), a non-adhesive area (6B) including an air layer (11) is formed. The label (8) includes a ventilating means (9) which when a pressure inside the container decreases, causes fresh air to flow into the air layer (11) to invite cave-in deformation of the deformable part (2a). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
