<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently arrange a plurality of battery cells, reduce connecting space, and achieve an efficient assembly work. <P>SOLUTION: A cathode terminal and an anode terminal of a first battery cell and a second battery cell are fitted at the same side at the same height as a predetermined face of the battery cells, each predetermined face of the first battery cell and the second battery cell is superposed on the other, so that both of the cathode terminals and both of the anode terminals of the first battery cell and the second battery cell are adjacent to each other.
