<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk conveying mechanism which achieves high speed conveyance of multiple thin disks between a disk cartridge and multiple drive devices. <P>SOLUTION: A disk conveying mechanism comprises: four suction mechanisms 100 for sucking and holding thin disks; a spacer stocker where spacers are temporarily placed; four arms 520 to one end of each of which the suction mechanism 100 is attached and the other end of each of which is fixed to a rotation axis; and a revolution conveyance motor 500 for rotating the rotation axis. The rotation axis is located so that a center of a laminate stocker 300, a center of the spacer stocker 400, and centers of respective opening drive trays 810 are positioned on the same circumference whose center is the rotation axis, with the same central angle, and the central angle is the same as the central angles among the four arms. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
