<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system of managing a molten metal tapping quantity and a molten metal distributing quantity, which can manage the molten metal distributing quantities in the unit of a holding furnace or in the unit of a factory provided with casting equipment, and can measure a molten metal tapping weight, thus can manage not only the molten metal distributing quantities but also the molten metal tapping quantities. <P>SOLUTION: The system uses: a molten metal distributing vehicle 30 capable of running between a casting device 21 and a melting furnace 11; and a vessel 32 for molten metal distributing, mounted on the molten metal distributing vehicle and capable of feeding molten metal held at the inside to the holding furnace 22, wherein the system manages the tapping quantity of the molten metal from the melting furnace and the distributing quantity of the molten metal to the holding furnace of the casting device. The system includes: a weight measuring means of measuring the weight of the vessel for molten metal distributing mounted on the molten metal distributing vehicle; and a molten metal quantity management means 56 which performs radio communication with the molten metal distributing vehicle, acquires the weight of the vessel for molten metal distributing before and after the molten metal tapping and the molten metal distributing measured by the weight measuring means, or the tapping quantity and distributing quantity of the molten metal calculated based on the same weight, stores a plurality of the molten metal tapping weight and molten metal distributing weight, and manages the molten metal tapping quantities and the molten metal distributing quantities. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
