<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit building in which a space for piping between building units can be secured while maintaining the original characteristics of the framed structural body. <P>SOLUTION: This unit building 10 is configured by adjacently disposing a plurality of building units 1 each of which has skeletons formed of a ceiling beam 13, a floor beam 12, and a column 11. The groove-shaped gap 102 formed between opposed building units 1A, 1D extends in the longitudinal direction and is formed between the plurality of building units 1B, 1E, 1C, 1F. A reinforcement beam 5 of generally C-shape in cross section which extends in the longitudinal direction of the gap 102 is installed between a plurality of ceiling beams 13A, 13A, 13A while the opening faces toward the center of the gap. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
