<p>The module (2) has a stator (17) arranged between active and passive membranes (15, 16), where the passive membrane is indirectly supported at housing parts (3, 5). An outer side (22) of the passive membrane is coated with an amorphous layer (24), where a through-hole (25) is approximately arranged in middle of the outer side of the passive membrane. A flexible and/or movable electrical supply line (26) for a winding (18) is guided to the stator via the through-hole. Cooling channels (43, 44) are provided in one of the housing parts. An independent claim is also included for a method for operating an electromagnetic actuator module and/or an injection valve.</p> |
