The present invention relates to a safe docking system for a ship, including: a safety docking server which is disposed in a fixed port or a fixed ship and a mobile safety docking device which communicates with the safety docking server, wherein the safety docking server includes a GPS receiver for collecting location information about the fixed port or fixed ship, a camera for collecting video information about the ship to be docked, an antenna for communicating with the safety docking device, and a control unit. The safety docking device includes a GPS receiver for collecting location information of the moving ships, a display for presenting a user screen, an antenna for communicating with the safety docking server, and a control unit.
