<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery box capable of exchanging a battery more easily. <P>SOLUTION: A housing part 110 of a battery houses plural cylindrical batteries 20 in parallel to each other on a front side and a deep side when seen from its opening 111, and a battery lid 140 holds the plurality of batteries 20, and comprises a shielding part 141 covering the opening of the housing part, and a first arm part 142 and a second arm part 143 nipping the plural batteries in a cylindrical axis direction of the battery. The first arm part annularly extends inside the housing part from the shielding part, and is in face contact with a cylindrical bottom face on the positive electrode 21 side of the plural batteries. A folding part 142a at its tip contacts a side of a protrusion-shaped positive electrode of the battery on the deep side. The second arm part annularly extends inside the housing part from the shielding part, and is in face contact with a cylindrical bottom face on a negative electrode 22 side of the plural batteries.
