<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer diaphragm for a high-speed railway vehicle, in which maintenance etc. of both side outer diaphragm mechanisms for closing space between both sides of the vehicle, is facilitated. <P>SOLUTION: The side outer diaphragm mechanism 6 comprises: a fixed outer diaphragm 12 for closing the gable face 2a side part of a front side vehicle 2 in the space 4 between vehicle side parts; a movable outer diaphragm 13 for closing the part of a gable face 3a side of a rear side vehicle 3 in the space 4; a flexible outer diaphragm 14 which is provided over the fixed outer diaphragm 12 and the movable outer diaphragm 13; and a link mechanism 15 for supporting the moving outer diaphragm 13 in a cantilever manner on the gable face 2a of the front side vehicle 2. The fixed outer diaphragm 12 and the movable outer diaphragm 13 are respectively mounted on the gable face 2a and the link mechanism 15 of the front side vehicle 2 via detachable fastening bolts 24 and 28 from the outside of the vehicle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
