<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition capable of easily manufacturing a fine particle-containing fiber, certainly exhibiting scratching effect on the ice-snow road surface and enhancing on-ice performance of a tire. <P>SOLUTION: In the rubber composition, a fine particle-containing fiber and a foaming agent are formulated, and the fine particle-containing fiber includes at least one kind of fine particles selected from the group consisting of metal oxides, metal carbonates and clay minerals containing a metal, and hydrophilic resins. By vulcanizing the rubber composition, a vulcanized rubber 1 having a lengthy bubble 2 surrounded by a coating film 3 in which the coating film 3 surrounding the lengthy bubble 2 includes a hydrophilic resin 3a constituting the fine particle-containing fiber and a fine particle 3b is obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
