<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copper alloy plate and a method for producing the copper alloy plate which can inexpensively produce a Cu-Fe-P based alloy plate having high hardness and having excellent conductivity and heat resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The copper alloy plate includes, by mass, 1.5 to 3.0% Fe and 0.01 to 0.2% P, and the balance Cu with inevitable impurities, and in which the density of precipitated grains with a grain size of≤15 nm is≥10,000 piece/μm<SP>3</SP>, while the density of precipitated grains with a grain size of 15 to 100 nm is 100 to 200 piece/μm<SP>3</SP>, and the density of precipitated grains with a grain size of≥100 nm is≤10 piece/μm<SP>3</SP>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
