<p>A detaching roller movement setting device for a comber that sets a movement curve (31) for a detaching roller (16,17). The detaching roller movement setting device includes a computing unit and an input unit. The computing unit sets the movement curve as a curve gradually plotted along eight points, which are an origin point (P 0 ) , first distinctive point (S1), second distinctive point (S2), third distinctive point (S3), fourth distinctive point (S4), first auxiliary point, second auxiliary point, and third auxiliary point.
