<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience for sheet replenishment in a printer device. <P>SOLUTION: The device includes: a sheet withdrawing unit (10) for withdrawing a sheet (18); a sheet detection unit (sheet sensor 8), which is arranged at a rear end side of the sheet withdrawn into a sheet withdrawing unit, for detecting the existence of the sheet; and a control unit (printer control unit 14) for stopping a printing operation while keeping the last sheet in the sheet withdrawing unit and for generating a notification output representing a sheetless state, when the sheet is withdrawn into the sheet withdrawing unit and the sheet detection unit detects the sheetless state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
