<p>The present invention provides a detergent composition satisfying requirements to washing, drying, safety, economy, harmfulness and the like, and a washing method using the same. The detergent composition composed of diethylene glycol diethyl ether and 3-methyl-3-methoxy-1-butanol, especially 10-90% by content of diethylene glycol diethyl ether and 90-10% by content of 3-methyl-3-methoxy-1-butanol, has excellent washing property to machining oils attached to parts in various fields of automobile, machinery, precision machinery, electricity and the like, and is especially suitable for composite dirt of water-solubility machining oils and water. A boiling point of the detergent composition is more than 170 DEG C and has a low volatility, thereby, the detergent composition has effect of restraining discharge of VOC and has good drying property.</p> |
