The present invention relates to a monitoring system for measuring the outflow rate of a by-product and a method thereof and, more particularly, to a system and a method for measuring and monitoring the outflow rate of a by-product tank by calculating the remaining amount of a by-product stored inside the by-product tank using multiple sensors. To achieve the above purpose, the monitoring system for measuring the outflow rate of a by-product includes a remaining amount calculating unit, a distance measuring unit, a volume calculating unit, a weight calculating unit, a message receiving unit, a control command transmitting unit, a calculation unit, and an output unit.
