The at least two electrodes (7, 8) and the recording material (2) are embodied and arranged in relation to each other such that, when voltage is applied and/or during charging, the recording material undergoes at least one local mechanical modification, in particular deformation such that a reconstruction of the volume hologram is modified at least locally.
