The pivot bearing (1) has receiving wheel (11), a steering arm (12), a spring leg holder (2) that is clamped with a damper (3) and a support rib (6). The damper is arranged opposite to spring leg holder of the vehicle outer side (FA). The aperture (8) is provided in the area between the receiving wheel and the damper. The bars are arranged at upper and lower ends of the spring leg holder. An independent claim is included for method for manufacturing pivot bearing.
