摘要 The present invention relates to a hydrophilic metallic membrane and a method for producing same. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of: producing a support layer solution by adding a synthetic polymer in a dispersed liquid that is obtained by mixing a polar solvent with Cycle 3 and Cycle 4 transition metals, alloy particle powder thereof, and ceramic sol; producing an active layer solution by performing the same procedure as in the step of producing a support layer solution, wherein Cycle 3 and Cycle 4 transition metals and the alloy particle powder thereof that are used in the present step have smaller particles than the particles used for producing the support layer solution; producing a metallic membrane precursor sequentially by spraying the support layer solution and active layer solution through a nozzle and by removing a solvent from a phase transition liquid; oxidizing the metallic membrane precursor; and sintering the oxidized metallic membrane precursor. In the present invention, liquid ceramic sol is added to alloy particle powder having a micro particle size so that a uniform dispersion effect is obtained by means of a chemical bond between the alloy particle powder and ceramic component. By means of the even dispersion, the surface of the alloy particle powder is uniformly bonded and particles of the alloy particle powder are connected so that gaps between the particles can be filled. Accordingly, a metallic membrane with excellent hydrophilicity can be obtained. The gaps between the particles of the alloy particle powder are filled so that a water film is not formed in the exposed gaps, thereby decreasing the internal pressure. The metallic membrane also has excellent pure penetration so that the support layer in the center has a pore size of 1-3μm and the active layer on the surface has a pore size of 1μm or smaller. Therefore, more precise and accurate water treatment can be performed.
