<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a (meth)acryloyloxy group-containing cage-like silsesquioxane compound suitable for resist materials, sealing materials, laminating materials, adhesives, powder coating etc., and to provide a method for producing the compound. <P>SOLUTION: The (meth)acryloyloxy group-containing cage-like silsesquioxane compound is obtained by carrying out an addition reaction of a cage-like silsesquioxane compound represented by formula (I) (wherein R<SP>1</SP>s represent each independently a 1-5C alkyl group) to an epoxy compound having a terminal double bond at 10-200°C, and subsequently reacting the introduced epoxy group with (meth)acrylic acid at 60-150°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
