A preprocessing step is performed in which a concentration information of a cell C1 I in a biological sample is acquired by optically measuring a predetermined cell C1 contained in the biological sample flowing in a flow cell 45, and the biological sample is subjected to concentration adjustment of the cell C1 based on the acquired concentration information to prepare a measurement sample. Even when the concentrations of measurement target cells of the respective biological samples are highly varied, measurement samples suitable for the analysis of the measurement target cells can be favorably prepared, and the measurement target cells can be analyzed accurately. |
