<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a mold to fabricate a fine needle that has a complex shape, and a method for fabricating the fine needle. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the mold includes: a process of fixing a needle model 100 that has a sharp-pointed end 130 and is formed of silicone, to a silicon substrate 140; a process of accumulating a mold material on a side of the silicon substrate 140 where the needle model 100 is fixed; and a step of removing the silicon substrate 140 and the needle model 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
