<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filler stopper that allows a filler to be constrained from expansion even when the filler is expandable and used in a bored hole of an existing concrete structure. <P>SOLUTION: A filler stopper 1 to be arranged at the mouth portion of an bore hole filled with an filler comprises a leading end plate 11 having a female thread portion, a back end plate 12 arranged adjacent to the bore mouth side of the leading end plate 11, an expandable diameter elastic body 13 arranged between the leading end plate 11 and the back end plate 12, and a fastening bolt 14 threaded into the female thread through the back end plate 12 and the expandable diameter expandable body 13.
