<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing of a high pressure tank, capable of suppressing decrease of a resin content ratio of a fiber bundle during winding around a liner, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing of the high pressure tank includes a fiber layer forming step of winding a fiber bundle around the outer surface of the liner 16 so that second resin-impregnated fiber bundles 28a, 28b will be arranged on both end sides of first resin-impregnated fiber bundle 26a, 26b to form a fiber layer, and a curing step of curing a matrix resin, and in the fiber layer forming step, the method uses at least one of (1) a method of raising a curing temperature of a matrix resin contained in the first resin-impregnated fiber bundles 26a, 26b to be higher than the curing temperature of a matrix resin included in the second resin-impregnated fiber bundles 28a, 28b, and (2) a method of decreasing the tension of fiber when winding the first resin-impregnated fiber bundle 26a, 26b around the outer surface of the liner 16 to be lower than the tension of fiber when winding the second resin-impregnated fiber bundle 28a, 28b around the outer surface of the liner 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
