The present invention relates to a thermal mixing inline heater comprising: a pipe-type body receiving a working fluid flowing into one end thereof and discharging the working fluid to the other end thereof; channel partitions partitioning the inside of the pipe-type body into multiple channels; and a heater wound on the outer surface of the pipe-type body, or installed at the center of the pipe-type body, wherein each of the channel partitions has surfaces of which at least one facing the channel has multiple rotation inducing patterns tilted from the longitudinal direction of the pipe-type body at regular angles and arranged longitudinally. Therefore, according to the present invention, at least one of surfaces facing the channels, which are partitioned in the pipe-type body receiving and discharging the working fluid, has the spiral rotation inducing patterns to induce the rotational flow of the working fluid passing through the channels, so thermal mixing in the working fluid in the channels can be improved by the rotational flow, thereby forming a uniform thermal distribution in the channels. |
