<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an elastic crawler excellent in durability by more surely performing vulcanization bonding to the end faces of a wing part of a core bar, which are located at both ends thereof in the belt longitudinal direction. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the elastic crawler 1 having the core bar 4 includes: a first step of precoating the first end face 33 of the wing part 5 of the core bar 4, which is located at both ends thereof in the belt longitudinal direction, with a coating material 30 comprising unvulcanized rubber; a second step of setting the first and second rubber layers 21, 22 in the cavity of a metallic mold 11 in a state that the wing part 6 is held between a first unvulcanized rubber layer 21 for constituting the grounding side of a crawler body 2 and a second unvulcanized rubber layer 22 for constituting the non-grounding side of the crawler body 2; and a third step of heating the respective unvulcanized rubber materials in the cavity under pressure to vulcanize/mold the elastic crawler. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
