<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The assembly has two tempering elements (91, 92) e.g. channels, extended along preferred direction for guiding a cooling- or heating medium i.e. liquid nitrogen. Thermal bridges (93) connect the tempering elements along the preferred direction. A body (95) to be tempered comprises a surface (95a). The tempering elements are arranged and connected by the thermal bridges such that isotherm is formed as contact-isotherm along the thermal bridges in the preferred direction in an operating state.
