The present invention relates to a method for preparing a cell implant which comprises: (a) a step for cultivating early-endothelial progenitor cells of a mammal; (b) a step for cultivating islet cells of a mammal; and (c) a step for preparing a cell implant by mixing the cultivated early-endothelial progenitor cells and islet cells. According to the present invention, the cell implant of the present invention provides excellent ability to reach normal blood sugar and ability to create blood vessels.
