The present invention relates to a wet ameliorated top soil for stabilizing and greening of a slope surface and an amelioration method for stabilizing and greening slope surface using the same, which increases coagulation of the ameliorated top soil by forming an ameliorating agent and increasing the bond with base ground soil of the slope surface to prevent sliding of ameliorated layer even the slope of the slope surface is sharp. The wet ameliorated top soil for stabilizing and greening of a slope surface according to the present invention includes 15-25 wt% of poly aluminum chloride, 10-15 wt% of activated silic acid, 5-10 wt% of sodium aluminate, 10-20 wt% of illite, 15-20 wt% of sawdust, and 15025 wt% of red clay. |
