PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conference device which, even if the facial expressions and the motions of conferees cannot be read, easily recognizes each user's desire to speak.SOLUTION: A conference device 1 for performing a remote conference via a network comprises: image acquisition means 21 for acquiring image data of the conferee using the conference device 1; motion detection means 22 which detects a motion which can be assumed to be a desire to speak from image data of the conferee using the conference device 1; desire-to-speech level calculation means 23 which calculates the level of the desire to speak on the basis of the detected motion; reception means 29 which receives image data and the levels of desires to speak of other conferees from another conference devices; image generation means 27 which generates a conference image in which image data of each conferee is arranged; image editing means 28 which sets information indicating the level of a desire to speak of each conferee to the conference image; and display means 13 which displays the edited conference image. |
