<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapeutic agent of trypanosomiasis resulting from trypanosoma protozoan. <P>SOLUTION: A compound represented by formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is used as an effective component for the trypanosomiasis therapeutic agent.
