<p>A high-tension hot-rolled steel plate having: a composition comprising, in mass%, 0.010% to 0.050% of C, 0.2% or less of S, 0.1% to 0.8% of Mn, 0.025% or less of P, 0.01% or less of S, 0.01% or less of N, 0.06% or less of Al, and 0.05% to 0.10% of Ti, so that S, N, and Ti satisfy Ti >= 0.04 + (N/14 × 48 + S/32 × 48), with the remainder being Fe and unavoidable impurities; a matrix in which the area ratio of the ferrite phase is equal to or greater than 95% relative to the entire structure; and a structure in which a fine carbide which contains Ti and in which the average particle diameter is less than 10 nm is dispersed and precipitated.</p> |
