<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To replace a die by protruding the die upward from a die holder. <P>SOLUTION: Hollow cylindrical lifter pipes 51, 53 are provided vertically movably in the die holder 27 on a lower turret 15 and the dies D (D<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, D<SB POS="POST">2</SB>) are arranged in opening portions at the upper ends of the lifter pipes 51, 53. Hollow cylindrical ejector pipes 55, 57 having upper ends in contact with the lower ends of the dies D (D<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, D<SB POS="POST">2</SB>) are provided vertically movably in the lifter pipes 51, 53. When removing the die D (D<SB POS="POST">2</SB>), by elevating a push block 89 from below the lower turret 15 thereby making the push block 89 enter the lifter pipe 53 and elevating the ejector pipe 57, the die D (D<SB POS="POST">2</SB>) is protruded upward from the lifter pipe 53.
