<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To settle the payment more properly using a storage medium even when a price is determined after providing a commodity or service. <P>SOLUTION: A controller controls a reading device so as to subtract a predetermined money information from a storage medium of a user when an advance subtraction request transmitted by a service providing device is received before the service providing device provides a user with the service based on a service providing request, controls the reading device so as to cancel subtraction of the predetermined money information from the storage medium when money information decided by providing the user with the service by the service providing device based on the service providing request is received, and controls the reading device so as to subtract the decided money information from the storage medium after the reading device cancels the subtraction of the predetermined money information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
