<p>A motor-driven compressor includes a connector-receiving portion provided on the outer surface of a housing. A wiring connection portion is provided in the connector-receiving portion and supplies electricity from an external power source to a motor drive circuit. The wiring connection portion includes a first terminal, a second terminal, and a metal plate for connecting the first and the second terminals to each other. The first and the second terminals have a first end-connection portion and a second end-connection portion, respectively. The second end-connection portion of the first terminal is electrically connected to the external power source, and the second end-connection portion of the second terminal is electrically connected to the motor drive circuit. The metal plate has opposite ends, which are connected to the first end-connection portion of the first terminal and the first end-connection portion of the second terminal, respectively.</p> |
