<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable of suppressing a weight concentration to a soft outer-sheath material to improve reliability and safety after falling, having a strength to withstand to a deformation at a time of a minor falling, excellent in recognizability to disable continuous loading or charging to an object device in an unlikely event in which such an impact is applied as to damage the soft outer-sheath material, and excellent in a volumetric efficiency capable of expanding the battery element volume to accommodate to the maximum. <P>SOLUTION: The battery pack comprises: a hard outer-sheath material to perform an external facing of a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery so that, while an electrode terminal is left being drawn out to the outside, the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery to perform an external facing of a battery element and two laminate films having a metal layer either cover the both side parts of the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery or cover an upper surface part and a bottom surface part of the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery; a double-sided tape disposed between the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery and the hard outer-sheath material; and a protection circuit board. The battery element and a soft outer-sheath material are in close contact with each other, and the soft outer-sheath material and the metal layer of the hard outer-sheath material are joined with the double-sided tape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
