<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly perform large-width swing of a welding torch at a low load. <P>SOLUTION: This swing drive mechanism includes: a pendulum shaft 22 extending in a welding direction y; a first pendulum stem 23 with its tip part fixed; a swing drive shaft 19; an amplitude adjustment screw 26; slide blocks 28, 29 vertically driven by rotation of the amplitude adjustment screw; a rotary arm 31 equipped with a plurality of copying rollers 32, 33 distributed in the vertical direction z and entering in a guide groove 23a of the first pendulum stem 23; a second pendulum stem 34 performing pendulum rotation around a shaft extending in the welding direction y; a rail 15 fixed to a machine body and extending in a swing direction x; a carriage 24 supported by the rail and movable in the swing direction x; a swing arm 5 fixed to the carriage and extending in the swing direction x; and a pendulum 25 fixed to the carriage and subjected to pendulum drive by a pendulum roller 36 of the second pendulum stem 34. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
