Provided in the present invention are a method for manufacturing bacterial ghosts by using minimum control content of three kinds of chemicals controlling growth of gram negative bacillus, and bacterial ghosts manufactured by the same. The present invention has an advantage of rapidly manufacturing bacterial ghosts at low costs by treating chemicals controlling the growth of gram negative bacillus without molecular biological treatment like transformation. The bacterial ghosts manufactured in the present invention are expected to be useful as inactivated vaccine and foreign antigen carriers.
