<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flashing canceler circuit which can attain space saving and cost down by reducing the number of parts without generating delay. <P>SOLUTION: The flashing canceler circuit 100 includes: an integrating circuit constituted of a first resistor 3, a second resistor 4 and a capacitor 6 and canceling a flashing pulse; and a drive transistor 5 switched on or off with the integrating circuit and switching a current made to flow in an emitting diode 8.
