<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe pin which is low in cost and can be wiped off. <P>SOLUTION: A probe pin 100 comprises: a sleeve 110 made of a conductive metal; a spring 120 axially housed in the sleeve; a plunger 130 which is projectable from one end of the sleeve 110 and connected to one end of the spring 120; and a plunger 140 which is projectable from the other end of the sleeve 110 and connected to the other end of the spring 120. In the sleeve 110, a guide hole 112 is formed for regulating the axial movement and rotation of the plunger 130 and a guide hole 114 is formed for regulating the axial movement and rotation of the plunger 140.
