The present invention relates to a sensor module and a robot cleaner, wherein the sensor module is capable of accurately sensing an obstacle in front of the robot cleaner by preventing the obstacle from being mis-sensed when a light emitted from a light emitting part is reflected by the inner surface of a sensor window. The robot cleaner according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a main body having a cleaning unit removing foreign matters from a floor, and having a wheel unit rotated when receiving power from a motor; a cover, covering the upper side of the main body; the sensor module installed on the main body, and having an obstacle sensor for sensing the obstacle; and the sensor window installed on one side of the sensor module, wherein the sensor module includes: a light emitting element emitting light to the outside through the sensor window; a light receiving reflector receiving the light which is reflected by the obstacle after being emitted from the light emitting element; and a light shielding part interposed between the light emitting element and the light receiving reflector, and preventing the light emitted from the light emitting element from being emitted to the light receiving reflector when the light is reflected by the inner surface of the sensor window.
