The present invention provides a network operation method capable of overcoming a network problem and maintaining constant network services by notifying the occurrence of the network problem to another network and controlling the switching to communicate via a redundant standby network in order to reliable uninterrupted network services without problem to communicate between the network in dealing with problem between network devices which are operated on a network such as the Internet.
