The present invention relates to an apparatus for continuously coating a material on both sides in a non-contact method. The present invention provides an apparatus for continuously coating a material on both sides in a non-contact method, which comprises a heating unit (30) heating a supplied material while moving the material forward; a powder coating unit (40) coating powder on the surface of the material discharged from the heating unit (30); a front side heating coating unit (50) coating the front side of the material discharged from the powder coating unit (40); and a back side heating coating unit (70) coating the back side of the material discharge from the front heating coating unit (50). Accordingly, the present invention provides an apparatus for continuously coating a material on both sides, which prevents a pin-hole (a ring-mark), a cause of rust generation, on various materials to be coated (e.g. Hook & Eye, buttons, zippers, rings, etc.), and fundamentally prevents discharge of harmful substances to the outside as a powder coating task is performed within a sealed apparatus. Furthermore, the quality and the reliability of products are drastically improved, which satisfies various desires (needs) of consumers, and thereby provides good images. |
