<p>The present invention discloses a call handover method between base station systems, a Base Station Controller (BSC), a base station system and a mobile communication system. An internal channel for transmitting the user plane voice without passing through the core network between Base Station Systems (BSS) is established, such that the user plane voice forming the calling of a local call can be directly transmitted without passing through the Media Gateway (MGW) of the core network after completing the call handover between the BSSs, and the waste of transmitting resources of the Abis interface and the A interface is avoided.</p> |
